Wobbufet SUCKS, predicting if the enemy will use a physic or a special is hard, your HP goes down fast as hell and Destiny-whatever it's called only works when you use it before your enemy, which is almost impossible, seen how slow Wobbufet is... Surprisingly, even Whynot is considered uber. Only a n00b who lost to it would put him in that list
