Here are some ways to get Master Balls:

1. Get them through the Main Story.

2. Win the lottery (all 6 numbers match)

3.optionals:

Cheat with Action Replay

Use the R4 or TTDSI

Another, that doesnt apply for BW. In BW, you must do 50 global trades and talk to a guy in castelias Pokémon center.
