Mario Brothers series of handheld RPG has from Superstar Saga on GBA been a source of good humor and bright solid gameplay. Bowser's Inside Story of the DS is the third game in this series. Are ideas and the self-irony still as sharp, or begins Nintendo to idle? The answer is actually reasonably obvious, but make sure you could read this review.A mysterious illness is spreading in the fungal kingdom. More and more mushrooms are fat as bathing balls, and the princess set up an emergency meeting. In this connection, Bowser pops up. After some unfortunate use of black magic, under the direction of our old enemy Fawful, Bowser swallows up everything, including the Mario Brothers and Princess. This allows for a unique collaboration, where Bowser's body must be maintained within that Fawful to be defeated once again
Spontaneous obesity is spreading in the fungi kingdom, and some must once again call the plumbers! I HAVE CONTROLS!!!!Gameplay is simply amazing. In short, the game mixes elements of role-playing and platform. The story you follow is linear, but you can usually walk around and explore in a world that is opening up more and more. One can avoid enemies if you are quick on the thumb, but if you come in contact with someone, start fighting. These are conducted using standard command options combined with good timing with avtrekkerfingeren.
The combat system is very unique, but very significantly the detection if you've played previous games in the Mario & Luigi series. Mario and Luigi managed separately with A and B buttons. A performs a command for Mario and B for Luigi. This applies to both attacks, which must be selected by one and defense, where with the right timing can either avoid or turn enemy attacks back directly. With quick reflexes, it will be possible to get through everything without a scratch, but it is obviously easier said than done. You get each skill levels, making the brothers stronger, making games easier to survive, if they at some point have a problem.
Unfortunately the plumbers swallowed by Bowser and must avoid various digestive systems ... New this time is that you also can control the big bad chief koopa, Bowser. He has completely different skills than the Mario Brothers, but the game works very similarly. Bowser has both X and Y buttons at the disposal of matches. If both brothers and Bowser are available, they can be swapped between at any time. Bowser is usually the top screen, while the brothers appear on the bottom. Some battles can be won with a unique collaboration where Bowser simply eat some of the smaller enemies that can not be defeated by any means other than internal plumbing service.
The properties will be available progressively, so you always get something new when you've mastered the old. This makes things gradually become tougher, but manageable, while the constant is a new carrot around the next corner.
Exercise! Some of the battle sequences, one is forced to blow the fire, and even hold the DS sideways. I Have GFX!The graphics are crisp, colorful and varied. What looks like they will be in the Mario universe, and even Bowser looks good from the inside. The best is the fantastic velanimerte booze. Mon really feel that the characters live, and nothing ever stands still.
I HAVE MUSIC!!You get served typical happy tone of the best Mario-style. There are no songs that stand out really, but it is a generally high quality with cheerful music. However, what promises things considerably, they are great sound effects. All characters have their own sounds. Bowser roaring, the princess heard generally pretty out, and Mario Brothers speak weird spaghetti language. heh...
Some of the special attacks are almost rhythmic ... here you should click goombas to spit fire on as many as possible. I HAVE skillz! With around 20 hours of gameplay, is not Bowser's Inside Story, the longest RPG. For my taste, I will however say it is very convenient. There are 20 very rich hours, and the game ends just when it is at its best, while the game is good. You feel that it never treading water, or anywhere that you repeat the same activity for long. As mentioned, there is always a new carrot around the next corner, you will only continue to see what happens next.
The game has unfortunately not very many side quests, and those can usually be completed quickly with the rest of the game. Might also mention that the game feels a bit lightest layer. Once you learn the enemy attacks, one would, even on the last boss, do without a scratch. Fortunately, the game is both so short and eventful, that there is already deadlines for re-play.
... But Bowser is still hungry. This means that plumbers must clean up.. I HAVE CHORTLES!There is really no reason to hesitate. The game is fantastic in all areas, and something every DS owner should have in the collection. When it is mentioned, a large part of the game humor. Since the game is in English, I would not recommend it to the smallest, no matter how sugar sweet it looks on the outside. Otherwise it is a real pleasure to play, regardless of age. If you let go of the game because of sukkersøt packaging, deserves one simply nothing but identical brown shooter. Bowser's Inside Story is insane much more rewarding and just småpirk from top grade.
