Last Airbender (2010)

*Facepalm* How can they take such a successful cartoon and turn it into such crap? I'm gonna tell you how and DAMMIT YOU'RE GOING TO LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

This movie is so absolutely terrible in every respect. It was so incredibly dull. I found myself more concerned on how uncomfortable the seats were than what was going on in the movie. The acting was bland. The special effect, at best, were alright. The fight choreography was the worst. The movie had so many plot holes that it's not even funny. And moreover, it has absolutely NO character development. We aren't given any reason to care about Sokka or Katara or Aang. They're just there. I went into the theater unaware of any bad reviews or anything and I thought it was absolutely terrible ! Why do they allow M. Knight to continue making movies ? This was so poorly written that no matter who directed it, it wouldn't come out with decent reviews. A failure in every possible way. I guess if you're gonna fail, you better fail epicly. And that's exactly what M. Knight did.

Not as TL;DR as my Toy Story 3 review, now is it ?

i want to see it it looks kewl, i just wish they left it as a cartoon. =\ and the guy who directed it said that he's making a new one.

And yes. It would've been a whole lot more cool if they left it to be animated.

Just look at Princess and the Frog. That was animated and it was VERY successful.

Knowing all the helpless fans (Like me. cry cry.) that went to see this movie opening day thinking that this was going to help revive their beloved fanbase, they wasted $20 seeing it in 3D and God knows how much money these sick bastards made.

Boring. The 3d isn't necessary. Terrible actors. Okay effects. Little to no character development. Easy way to cash in from people. And that's the whole movie summed up in 7 sentences. And those aren't even proper sentences.
