Go to Jubilife.Go up and down untill Mesprit reaches the middle of Jubilife and Canalaive.Make sure ur in Jubilife when that happens.Voala...
Mesprit is trapped.
Use surf on route 220 (i think.Just the road between Jubilife and Canalaive) and try to capture him with the ultramaster ball glitch (or whatever).Good luck!
