well jimb more staff would be fine, but for our current amount of members, are staff is good enough. if we expanded then i can see your point... but its a case of advertising...

for having more members you can either try to affiliate with other forums and maybe have an ad banner and ask sites like Virtual Adopt to put your banner on their site. I know a forum that did that, but Im not sure how they did it, Im going to ask and then pm Ricardo

I already posted the forum in google, yahoo, other search engines and topsites like that. We got the affiliating idea left. But with which site?

If you are a member of PSN, the NEW PLN, don't try advertising there. They'll ban you if you don't even do it in your sig.
