New Artwork

How about a new artwork for the forum like a new Banner, background, matching mini-links to offsite stuff like (Example: Skype, yahoo, Etc.), and Msg Icons (not faces or Funny stuff) just more serious stuff like for an example off topic Icons, contests etc. and anything you guys can think of.

as for the Message Icon I mean like custom Banners and Icons for important stuff (e.i. Contest, News, and anything else like that)

As for the custom banners, i dunno, i remember last time it was really hard to add and it took a lot to load to some users~
