Can we have a Welcome Section?

I was thinking, since it's not in here, we can maybe put up a small section to have a welcome thread for new members who do join up, and have images/links to the important things, like the help threads and explaining thoroughly with the use of previously mentioned pictures what link takes you where and which file formats are allowed for the signature and avatar.

Just a small thread with this someplace, so when a new member joins up, say like a total newbie, you can direct them to the Welcome All New Members Thread with the copy & Pasting the link to their new thread and such. I know I'm rambling, but I'm thinking it could maybe benefit and shed a little bit of light for some people.

That's just my thing, and I hope this at least gets read. n_n Thanks for your time for skimming/reading my suggestion~!

Oh, the FAQ section got everything you need to get started up, and thus, theres the help section where members can ask for their problems. If i didnt understand your idea, im sorry XD
