Looking For Latios/Latias

The fastest way to find latios or latias is to go to the biking road above Slateport City, use a repel and go in the biking road building. After you are in there go back out onto the patch of grass and the repel should eliminate any wild pokemon appearances. Continuously go in the building and back out onto the grass until you find latios or latias.

P.S You must have beaten the elite four and picked either latios or latias, you cannot catch both.
