This is a standard bulky suicune, Its high defence will save him for much damage on physical attacks and after a few CM it got high Sp. Def and Sp. Attack. If your low on health use Rest then Sleep Talk. With Sleep Talk you can either attack with surt, raise your sp. att & Sp Def or do nothing if you are so unlucky to get something like Rest again

For Suicune just use the standard bulky set that Kris posted. It works extremely well as a wall and is hard to KO.

Pikachu is actually viable as a sweeper IF (BIG IF) it has a light ball, which doubles both of its attack stats. With a beneficial nature and max IVs this will bring them up to about 460 for attack and 440 for special attack. And it would be beneficial if it had agility or some form of speed boost as a base 90 speed isn't going to outrun much. Otherwise Pikachu isn't worth using.

Honestly your team lacks balance. Every Pokémon basically has an attacking moveset without any real roles or strategy. However it is possible for you to add some variety. Blastoise for example is able to work as a rapid spinner or rest talker. Just put some more thought and strategy in and you should be good.
