I liked not having to chose eather a fire,grass,or water type...but you could get all of the starters through out the game

Its nice to have pikachu follow you as well!

Yellow is my absolute favorite. It was my first gameboy game ever and i got it for my birthday along with a matching yellow gameboy when i was little. You get pikachu as your started <3 and you even get to talk to it!!
