Holydys PERFECT welcoming

I went 4 single days to a province of my country and my site went on chaos. I get back, spend the last minutes of winter holydays in there and i recieve 20 e-mails with ban reports, 5 pms with power abuses, 3 members leaving(Considering they are active plus another active member left a month ago) and i reset the chat. What happens? Everyone starts getting mad, half my members say i took the others half side and the others say i hate them. What can i do? I quit. This is what i recieve for hours and hours of work? I ignored my school, my parents, my family, took my free time, didnt sleep what i needed and thay say i dont do anything to solve it. I have got 3 admins and they get it at me. Why now? I dont know, maybe cause i created the site. 2 hours ago i was on holydays, i decided to come to the computer in my last minutes of my holydays, then back to school. I got a good welcome back you see, if you have read the whole text. Maybe i will quit forever and just make scenarios for AOMH. Since i will have plenty of time.

What else should i say? I envy all the children and teenagers i saw during my holydays, enjoying freedom, inviting friends, having a good time.

I work 5 hours dayly here. I make the base structure. I add everything as soon as i can. I put polls to decide the 90% of site improvements.

What do i recieve? Oh, i recieve 20 ban reports, 5 abuse pms, 10 abuse screenshots. You think that is what i deserve? I you think that, i can succesfully quit the site and watch it die. Thats not my idea.

Why cant we chat without abusing?

I want that answer. I can wait.

If no one can answer that, especially the ones who abuse, i will quit. As simple as that

We can. People just get pissed and kick/ban. Just need to fix the Dont Piss Off Staff rule. Or remove it completely. I myself used that rule against Reece which I am sorry for. So anyways Sorry.
