Withney, the 3rd gym leader of Johto, has been fought, her new pokemon team is:

- Clefairy lv. 17
- Miltank lv. 19

So its slightly weaker than in G and S and C, though Falkner and Bugsy were stronger, hopefully the others are stronger 2.
