How to become staff here?

Hello I'm just curious on how to become staff here? Maybe I could later on in the future help out with Ricardo (Founder) with the forum if he's ever in need of help. So reply if anyone knows the answer.

Well, we simply choose a staff member by voting. The moderators and admins who want, vote for a person they consider would be the best for the place. That person can be a moderator too, and he or she gets a rank up.
